STRATOS GIAMALIS
My name is Efstratios Giamalis and I am a student of the second grade of the first Model High School “Manolis Andronikos”. What is more, I like to take part in many programs, such as MUNs, Erasmus programs, presentations and school clubs (rhetoric, experiments, math, school press). Except from the above, I play the piano and tennis. As for the MUNs, I participate in such programs in order to broaden my horizons, practice my communications skills, meet new people and last but not least, to live the whole experience of being the representative of a country and try to support its beliefs. Last year I attended the ARC MUN as a delegate so this year I would like to see things from a different perspective as a junior chair, because I want to explore another approach of the MUN. |
THEODOROS PAPADOPOULOS
My name is Theo, I was born and raised in Thessaloniki Greece. I am eighteen years old and in my first year of studying in the Faculty of Greek Philology in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Among the many reasons why I personally chose this subject is my belief that only through studying the mistakes of the past can truly someone understand humanity and prevent upcoming repetitive mistakes. Accordingly to that, just a year ago I had the unique chance to participate in the annual MUN of Aristotle College and having been amazed of the process, I pursued to take take part in this year‘s MUN from the opposite side, as a chair, which aligns directly to most of my interests, them being not only social and political debates and historical research pertained to human civilisation and arts, but also hearing the opinion of other people, especially younger, for the reason being that they are the heir to our international heritage, about concerning topics, such as war. Because of these reasons and much more, I truly look forward to meeting everyone in person in order to exchange our interesting ideas and create outstanding memories by the end of ArcMUN 2025! |
